I love to sing the Gospel
Of Jesus Christ my Lord,
The gospel of his coming,
The gospel of his word.

The Gospel, The Gospel,
For man's salvation given;
On earth the flaming pillar,
That lights our way to heaven.

I love to sing the Gospel
Of that most wondrous plan,
By which he took our nature
To save poor fallen man.

The Gospel, The Gospel,
For man's salvation given;
On earth the flaming pillar,
That lights our way to heaven.

I love to sing the Gospel
Of that redeeming grace,
By which repentant sinners
With angels find a place.

The Gospel, The Gospel,
For man's salvation given;
On earth the flaming pillar,
That lights our way to heaven.

Oh come, with hearts and voices
This gracious Gospel sing,
Of Christ our great Redeemer
Now over all, the King.

The Gospel, The Gospel,
For man's salvation given;
On earth the flaming pillar,
That lights our way to heaven.
